General
Is the equipment pre-owned, reconditioned, refurbished, or new?
Most equipment is pre-owned, unless otherwise described. Medical accessories including SpO2 sensors, EKG cables, blood pressure cuffs and temperature cables are new. Please refer to the individual product description for details.
Does the equipment come with a warranty?
All pre-owned equipment is under warranty and guaranteed to be free of defects for 90 days from the date received. Every piece of equipment we sell is cleaned and tested prior to shipment.
New medical accessories including SpO2 sensors, EKG cables, EKG lead wires, blood pressure hoses and blood pressure cuffs are warranted for one year.
Does the equipment come with operator manuals, service manuals and all accessories?
Each item in our catalogue includes photos of the actual item you will receive. The photos and descriptions will show everything that is included, including all manuals and accessories. Most of the time manuals do not come with the equipment; it depends on if we get the manuals with the equipment when we acquire it. Please read the item descriptions or contact us for further information. Most user and service manuals can be found online.
Buying
How can I make a purchase?
Items can easily be purchased using our secure online shopping cart. Simply click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the process. You may also place an order by calling us at 612-377-7778 between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday Central time.
How can I make a payment for a purchase?
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club from accounts registered in the United States & Canada.
We also accept Pay Pal, business and personal checks, bank wire transfers, cashier’s checks, money orders, Western Union and Money Gram.
If paying with Pay Pal, we will only ship to the address registered with the Pay Pal account.
Payment in full, in cleared funds, must be received before items are shipped.
We will accept credit card payments from accounts registered outside the United States and Canada on a case by case basis. We will generally accept credit cards from outside the United States and Canada if shipping to an established health care facility, if shipping to the billing address on the credit card, and if card holder can email copies of his or her credit card and identification.
When will my order be shipped?
All items paid for before 3 pm Central time Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders paid for after 3 pm Central time will be shipped the following business day.
How will my order be shipped?
For most items, buyers have the option to select Federal Express or The United States Postal Service (USPS).
Items that are too large or too heavy to ship via Federal Express or The USPS will ship via freight or blanket wrap service. We use only reliable shipping companies with excellent rates including DB Schenker, United Van Lines, North American Van Lines and others.
Please contact us for shipping quotes for larger items. In order to get you an exact shipping quote, we will need the following:
- What item(s) are you interested in?
- Complete shipping address
- Is your location a business or residential address?
- Is there a loading dock or forklift available?
How can I track my order?
Detailed tracking information will be emailed the day your item is shipped. You can always check the status of your order including tracking information by logging into your account.
How will my order be packaged?
Smaller items will be professionally packed using an Instapak Foam-in-Place system. Instapak foam has unique cushioning properties that protect your products during shipping, warehousing and handling. Larger Items will be palletized and professionally packaged.
Is my order insured against damage or loss during transit?
All shipping quotes include insurance coverage equal to the purchase price.
What is your export policy?
Matrix Medical will ship anywhere in the world. We use only reliable shipping companies with excellent rates including DB Schenker, DHL and others.
Please provide us with your complete address and which item(s) you are interested in for shipping quotes outside The United States. For an additional charge, we will professionally crate larger items for export.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase from hospitals, larger medical facilities and reputable dealers on a case by case basis. Please contact us for purchase order consideration.

How will you pay for my equipment?
Matrix Medical prepays for all equipment and handles all shipping costs, increasing your trade-in value. We can pay for your equipment with a check, credit card or bank transfer.
